Hey! I’m Matt. I’ve now been with TwentyCi for a while, having joined in 2011. I started out as the telesales exec for the team and have grown with the company to now being Head of SME Data Sales for the MoverAlerts product. Over my years with the company, I’ve attended too many industry events to remember – although that could possibly be because of the alcohol involved at the events!

In my previous working life, I was an estate agent for 5 ½ years and I also gained experience in van delivery services, so I have a good understanding of the home mover market and also manual handling training! Outside of the office, I’m often found either at the gym, photographing or watching my beloved Luton Town playing football!

I’m Emily, an experienced Customer Success Manager with over 10 years of experience with customer relations. I have a mixed background, professionally, from qualifying in jewellery, working in background screening to now nearly being at TwentyCI since mid-2024 and enjoying every minute.

When I'm not working, you can find me at a local craft fair with my crochet creations or off somewhere exploring nature!

I'm Jono. I worked in bathroom design and sales for over 16 years and having this experience of a small independent business gives me a good idea of what our customers may be looking to achieve.

I have 3 children all under 8, so most of my free time is spent building dens, LEGO or working out what a ‘Minecraft’ actually is! I have a dog, cat and a tortoise. I also support Man United for my sins… it’s been a pretty bleak decade! I enjoy Formula One and I have visited Silverstone, Monaco and Spa. I recently got into Astronomy and I always wanted to solve a Rubik's Cube so taught myself earlier this year with a spare hour and the help of YouTube!
